Return Policy:
Free returns may be authorized for unopened /unused items in the original packaging, within 21 days from the date of purchase. Outbound shipping costs, processing fees and return shipping costs will not be refunded.
Items listed below are final sale. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Non-stocked special order items,
- Bulk purchases (over 5 items),
- Parts, and accessories
- Discounted items are final sale.
- Contact us before returning any order. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment. If you are returning an item without getting our confirmation, that item will be considered as abandoned.
- Outbound shipping costs, processing fees and return shipping costs will not be refunded.
- The orders requested to return based on buyer's mistake, will subject to 20% restocking fee.
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the product(s) and process your refund if they are in original condition.
If a product is defective out of the box, you must take photos of the defect if possible and you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will process a warranty order to have the product replaced.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel an order? Contact us immediately. We'll do our best to cancel it, but please note you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges (including promotional shipping) and return shipping if cancellation is not possible.
- Shipping charges and processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
