Vacuum Warranty & Service
We are the warranty and service centre for all the brands we sell, especially Miele and SEBO. If you need service during the warranty period, we will happily process your warranty order at no charge. Here’s what we need from you:
- A copy of your original receipt
- The serial number (a photo of the silver sticker on the machine containing the model and serial number)
How Does It Work?
We do not charge a diagnosis fee. Once we receive your vacuum, we’ll diagnose the issue and let you know if it can be fixed under warranty. If it’s not covered, we’ll inform you of the repair cost. You can then decide whether to proceed with the repairs. If you choose not to, there will be no charge, but you must collect your vacuum cleaner within 2 business days.

What Parts/Issues Are Not Covered Under Warranty?
Manufacturers have different policies, but generally, wear parts not covered under warranty include:
- Used filter (dust) bags
- Used micro-hygiene filters
- Used exhaust filters
- External cord
- Attachment hose
- Brush rollers, brush roller set, or edge brush
- Front bottom plate
- Rear bottom plate
- Sealing strip
- Attachment tube
- Crevice nozzle
- Upholstery nozzle
- Dusting brush
- All optional attachments
Please note that vacuuming water, construction dust, drywall dust, or baking powder will void your warranty. Additionally, clogs, cleaning, and general service are not covered under warranty.
