With a 15" cleaning path, it is one of the smartest and most technically advanced commercial upright vacuum cleaners on the market. The reason for this is that the X8 automatically adjusts itself based on the surface you are vacuuming. It uses an electronic controller that measures the resistance of the spinning brush against the floor, then signals up or down adjustments to ensure optimal cleaning on both carpets and bare floors. This means you can switch between rugs, carpets, or bare floors without having to lift a finger.
